To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall NexaByte or its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any damages, whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive, arising from or related to your use of the services.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mumbai, India.
