Users are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of credentials and ensuring lawful usage of the platform.
All services are subject to RBI, NPCI, and applicable Indian regulatory frameworks.
Applicable fees shall be communicated separately and may vary based on services availed and transaction volumes.
NexaByte shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from service usage.
NexaByte reserves the right to suspend or terminate access in case of policy violations or regulatory requirements.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India including the
Information Technology Act, 2000.
